Interfering Clamp Bolt Lock

The bolt threads into the yoke clamp collar and bites into the spline bore wall when tightened, creating a mechanically interlocked connection. Unlike a spring-loaded push-pin, the clamp bolt connection does not depend on any spring element — there is no spring to fatigue, no collar to wear, and no retention pin to lose in field conditions.

High Vibration Resistance

The bolt-secured connection maintains its clamping force under sustained vibration loads that cycle a push-pin spring mechanism. Specified for rotary cutters, forage harvesters, and high-duty-cycle implements where vibration fatigue is a concern over 300+ hour operating seasons. Retorque inspection at 50-hour intervals ensures sustained clamping force.

1-3/8″ Z6 Spline Bore

Standard 540 rpm agricultural interface — fits all Z6 PTO stubs worldwide. Induction-hardened spline bore for long-term engagement durability.

27×70 mm Cross-Kit Seat

Precision-machined cross-kit bearing cup bores hardened to accept 27 mm pin diameter needle-roller cross-kit cups. Cross kit (code 3.01) is shared with the Quick Release version at Series 3 — one part number covers both variants.

20CrMnTi Forged Steel Body

Drop-forged chromium-manganese-titanium alloy steel yoke body, normalised and induction-hardened at the bearing seat bores. Phosphate surface coating provides corrosion resistance in outdoor agricultural conditions. Clamp bolt collar is machined integral with the yoke body — no separate clamp ring to lose or misalign.
