T10 is the highest-rated series in the T range, with a 41×118 mm cross kit — the longest journal in the series. At 1,905 Nm continuous and 3,500 Nm peak at 540 rpm, T10 covers the heaviest agricultural PTO applications. T10 represents the engineering upper limit of the telescoping agricultural PTO shaft with integrated CE safety shield. The market for T10 in Brazil is concentrated in large-scale commercial farming operations of Mato Grosso, Para, and Bahia, where 200 hp tractors driving large square balers and high-output forage harvesters are the primary implements. Import timelines for European T10 shafts — 6–8 weeks from European stock to Brazilian port — have historically created extended downtime events when T10 shafts fail unexpectedly. Installation and Maintenance
Attach safety chain to a fixed non-rotating point on both tractor and implement
Select the Correct Series
Use the torque table to select the series rated above your PTO output by at least 20%. Verify cross-kit size matches yoke seats.
Check Working Lengths
Connect implement and raise to max height. Inner tube must overlap outer by 50 mm min. Lower: check 80 mm engagement remains.
Install Yoke Connections
Push splined yoke fully onto tractor PTO; push-pin clicks into groove. Pull rearward to confirm retention. Repeat at implement end.
Attach Shield Retention Chains
Connect both shield-end chains to fixed points on tractor and implement. Taut enough to prevent rotation, with slack for movement.
Initial and Periodic Greasing
2–3 pumps EP2 per cross-kit nipple at installation. Regrease every 8 hours; every 4 hours in wet or abrasive conditions.
