This makes S36 a star tube series distinction within the 30.2×92 mm cross-kit family — not a torque upgrade from S6, but a profile variant required by specific European implement housings that specify the S36 tube OD over the S6 tube OD.
For buyers replacing a worn shaft, the key identification step is to measure the existing tube outer diameter before ordering. If the tube OD matches S6 specification, order S6. If it matches S36 specification, order S36.
