Built for engineers who
cannot afford downtime
Every batch passes dimensional and torque inspection before leaving the factory. Lead times are confirmed at order — not revised later.
Safety shields, warning labels and use-and-maintenance handbooks ship with every PTO shaft. CE is not an add-on — it is the baseline.
Custom shaft lengths, non-standard spline profiles, yoke types and shield colours. Tooling held in-house. Branded packaging for distributors.
Ever-Power Drive Line sources directly from ISO 9001 and TS/16949 certified factories, giving buyers in Brazil and South America competitive pricing without intermediary markups.
Specification guide
Match your shaft to tractor and implement
PTO shaft selection depends on three factors: your tractor's rated HP, the PTO output speed (540 or 1000 rpm), and the maximum torque demanded by the implement under field conditions.
Rotary cutters and flail mowers produce high shock loads when striking stones. For these applications, size up one series from the continuous torque rating and always add a shear-bolt torque limiter.
Round balers need smooth torque transmission plus protection against back-drive during bale ejection — pair the shaft with a ratchet overrunning clutch.

Where our drivelines work
Our shafts and torque limiters are running in the field across six major agricultural and industrial sectors.
Rotary tillers, planters and sprayers. T3–T6 series most common for 40–120 hp tractors.
Disc mowers, rotary rakes and round balers. Overrunning clutches recommended for baler drives.
Feed mixers, manure spreaders and slurry pumps. T2–T5 series, friction limiters for protection.
PTO-driven centrifugal and piston water pumps. Steady-load application — friction limiter recommended.
Concrete mixers, post-hole augers and compactors. High-shock loads — shear bolt limiter required.
Rolling mills, presses and conveyor drives. SWC/SWP flanged cardan shafts for high-torque fixed installations.
Export markets
Supplying buyers in 60+ countries
Our driveline products reach agricultural equipment distributors, OEM manufacturers and spare-parts wholesalers across every major farming region.
Technical guides
Specifications, selection help & maintenance
How to choose the right PTO shaft series for your tractor and implement
T Series covers most 20–180+ hp tractors. Here is how to read the torque tables and pick the correct cross size before placing your order.
Shear bolt vs friction vs ratchet: which torque limiter fits your application?
Each type has a different reset mechanism and a different cost-per-activation. This guide covers the trade-offs for rotary cutters, balers and conveyors.
PTO shaft maintenance checklist: grease points, shield inspection and cross replacement
A cracked shield or worn cross stops fieldwork mid-season. This checklist takes under ten minutes at the start of each planting and harvest period.
Frequently asked
Questions before you order
Answers to the questions our customers ask most often.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Sample orders start at 1 piece for standard T Series shafts, shipped within 3–5 business days. For OEM or custom configurations the minimum is typically 10–50 pieces depending on tooling requirements.
Do your PTO shafts come CE-marked as standard?
Yes. All agricultural PTO drive shafts are CE-marked as standard. Each shipment includes safety shields, warning labels and a use-and-maintenance handbook — no additional certification is required for EU, Brazilian or Australian markets.
Can you manufacture a custom shaft length?
Yes. We manufacture shaft lengths to your specification within each series' telescoping range. For lengths outside the standard range, provide a drawing and we will confirm feasibility and lead time. OEM orders are accepted from 10 pieces.
Which spline profiles do you stock?
Standard profiles in stock: 1 1/8" Z6, 1 3/8" Z6, 1 3/8" Z21, 1 3/4" Z6, 1 3/4" Z20 and 8-32×38×6 metric. Non-standard profiles are available on OEM orders with a minimum quantity.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. For established customers with a trading history, 30-day credit can be arranged after the first three orders. PayPal is accepted for sample orders.
How do I choose the right torque limiter?
Match the limiter's rated torque to 1.5–2× the shaft's continuous torque at operating speed. For shock-load applications (rotary cutters, flail mowers) use a shear bolt or friction type. For baler drives, a ratchet overrunning clutch prevents back-drive during bale ejection.
