S10 is the top of the S Series — a 41×118 mm cross-kit shaft delivering 1,905 Nm at 540 rpm and 3,500 Nm peak. The 41 mm cross-kit pin diameter is unique to S10 in the S Series; no other S Series model uses this bearing family. Workshop tooling (pressing fixtures, snap-ring pliers, and bearing cups) is specific to S10 and separate from the 30.2 mm and 35 mm tool sets used for lower series. S10 is also available in the equivalent T Series as T10 — the tube profile (star vs triangular) is the only selection criterion between them for a given implement housing specification.
At this torque class, the selection between S10 (star) and T10 (triangular) is entirely determined by the implement input housing design. Both transmit identical power and share the same cross-kit dimensions. If the implement housing is machined for a star bore, S10 is correct; if triangular, T10 is correct. Never substitute tube profiles at this torque class — the mechanical consequences of incorrect tube engagement in a high-torque housing are severe.
S10 is available from stock in standard lengths. For the largest OEM applications — custom compressed length, integrated CV joint, specific yoke configuration — lead time is 25–30 days from DWG approval with MOQ 50 pieces. Self-loading forage wagons and pull-type precision harvesters on the largest available tractors. S10 delivers 1,905 Nm at 540 rpm — the maximum capacity in the standard S Series — for sustained flywheel and rotor drive in high-density crop conditions.
Large Square Balers — 120–160 hp
High-density large square baler plunger drive on 120–160 hp tractors. The 41 mm cross-kit pin diameter and 118 mm journal provide the bearing capacity required for the 3,500 Nm peak loads of high-output square baling.
Industrial PTO Applications — Heavy Duty
Heavy-duty industrial rotary cutters, large wood chippers, and agricultural processing equipment requiring the maximum available star tube torque class at either 540 or 1,000 rpm PTO.

作業長さを調整する

アンカー安全チェーン

初回使用前にグリースを塗布してください
