Product Description

L1 is the entry point of the Ever-Power Drive Line L Series — a compact lemon tube cardan shaft built for 10–18 hp tractors and walk-behind power units where the triangular T Series profile is too large for the implement input housing. The lemon tube profile reduces the outer diameter of the telescoping assembly, allowing the L1 to fit within the tight housing clearances of compact seeders, vineyard tillers, and small rotary mowers that are incompatible with T1 geometry.

The 22×54 mm cross kit (code 1.01) delivers 210 Nm continuously at 540 rpm. Factory fill is EP2 lithium complex grease behind double-lip seals on each bearing cup — the same seal specification used across all seven L Series models. Grease nipple is accessible with the safety shield in place; no shield removal is required for routine lubrication. Sealed bearing life in compact tractor applications consistently exceeds 350 hours before cross-kit maintenance is required.

L1 is available in standard stock lengths for the most common compact tractor hitch-to-implement distances, with OEM custom lengths from 50 pieces at 25–30 days lead time.
