T5 is the volume leader in the Ever-Power Drive Line range — the most widely sold series to South American distributors. It serves the largest population of 40–55 hp tractors in Brazilian row-crop and hay operations. The 30.2×80 mm cross kit delivers 620 Nm at 540 rpm with a 1,050 Nm peak. T5 is where sealed cross-kit specification makes the most commercial difference. Agricultural contractors running rotary mowers daily typically regrease shafts only weekly. An open cross-kit T5 fails in contaminated soil within 200 hours under this maintenance pattern. The IP67-sealed cross kit on this T5 consistently delivers 400 or more hours before cross-kit maintenance is required — confirmed by contractor feedback from Mato Grosso operations. T5 introduces the 30.2 mm cross-kit pin diameter shared with T6 and T7, meaning cross-kit bearing cups across these three series share the same needle roller diameter and workshop tooling.

Drop-forged from 20CrMnTi, heat-treated to HRC 28–32 at bearing seat. Designed for high peak-load applications without premature wear.
Sealed Cross-Kit Bearings
Sealed needle-roller cross kits, double-lip seal on each cup. Grease nipple accessible with shield fitted. No removal required to service.
CE Safety Shield Supplied Standard
CE-marked HDPE bellows guard supplied with every shaft. Yellow for field visibility. Spring-clip anchors and chain points both ends.
All PTO Spline Standards Covered
1-3/8 inch 6-spline (ISO 500), 1-3/4 inch 20-spline, and 1-3/8 inch 21-spline. Clamp yoke and push-pin locking both available.

Attach safety chain to a fixed non-rotating point on both tractor and implement
Confirm Torque Rating
Cross-reference implement power with tractor PTO output in the table above. Select series rated 20% above maximum expected torque.
Adjust to Working Length
Cycle implement through full height range. Verify 50 mm min overlap at full extension, 80 mm at full compression.
Secure Yoke Connections
Engage push-pin yoke at tractor PTO; confirm audible click and positive retention. Bolt-clamp types: torque to manufacturer spec.
Route and Fix Safety Chains
Connect tractor-side chain to guard or frame; implement-side chain to implement body. Verify taut with implement level.
Grease Before First Use
Apply EP2 to both cross-kit nipples before initial operation. Service every 8 hours. Reduce to 4 hours in wet harvesting conditions.
